Do you crave for sweet food? Fighting your cravings does not make your stomach feel full, instead it makes you want to eat more of what you are craving.
In order to satisfy your cravings, have at least one ‘cheat’ day from your diet. In that way, you’ll be able to please yourself and temporarily put an end to your cravings. But remember, do not overeat!
