8. Beef and Sweet Potato Stew

This dish has an inviting aroma that your family will surely enjoy.

Put 3 pounds of beef (already diced) and 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl. Stir in the rest of the ingredients:

  • chopped onions,
  • 4 garlic cloves,
  • 2 sliced carrots,
  • 300 g of baby potatoes,
  • 1 large sweet potato (diced),
  • 1 cup of broth,
  • red pepper,
  • 1 beef broth cube,
  • a tsp. of mild paprika,
  • 410 g of diced tomatoes, and
  • ½ tsp of salt and pepper.

Cover the pot until the dish simmers. Garnish the dish with 4 tbsp of chopped parsley, and 2 bay leaves. Serve with rice.
