In a food processor, combine 1 can of black beans, 1 chopped yellow bell pepper and red onion, and garlic. Blend. Put the mixture in a huge bowl and add a tbsp. of barbecue sauce, chili powder, hot sauce, cumin, onion powder, breadcrumbs, and paprika. In a separate bowl, combine 1 tbsp of water and cornstarch. All add these to the burger mix. Knead the mix until it forms a burger patty. Fry for 2 minutes. It’s better if you’d use olive or coconut oil for frying.
