10. Healthy Sausage and Vegetable Pan

A healthy alternative to pan pizza, this dish can pack on protein and minerals to get you through the day.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil. Next, chop the red potatoes into small pieces, and the bell peppers and broccoli into squares. Trim the green beans. Slice the sausages, too. Put all these on the foil sheet.  Sprinkle the spices and pour olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven to flip over the vegetables for an even bake. Let it stay in the oven for another 15 minutes. Wait until the sausage has become brown or the veggies have tenderized.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
