One lunch idea that can be equally nutritious and appetizing: a huge, colorful salad of various veggies, topped with goat or feta cheese, with a dash of protein in the form of chicken, tuna, or shrimp. You can use olive oil as your dressing and include nuts if you want to. If you’re a fan of avocado and cheese, you can also use those as well.
